“Grani di Pace” is a symbolic sculpture of peace, inspired by the paper cranes of Hiroshima. Made of lava stone crafted using ceramic techniques, the work will be completed with the participation of 1,000 people. Each participant will gently place a ceramic grain of rice inside the artwork.
Each grain represents a small gesture of peace, a tribute to the memory of Sadako Sasaki, and a sign of respect and solidarity with the Japanese people.
